ring from screen 10
2 of 5, x of 5, 5 of 5, x of 5, x of 5
L, I, V, E, D (from the symbols - they're actually letters - scattered around the pictures) here's a better look:
http://murf.ca/games/notpron3.jpg
Rearrange the letters. What does it spell?
What's associated with the number "13"?
Who's Lucy?
Who's a bad boy?
Lucy refers to Lucifer, definitely a bad boy. Where does Lucifer live?
L, I, V, E, D spells "DEVIL"

Hints from source code...
First hint:
<!-- [1] 4 3 [2] 2 [1] 5
in
[1] 10 3 [2] 1 [3] 3 [1] 3-->
The numbers represent letters somehow. The only numbers in brackets are 1, 2, and 3. So whatever letters these numbers represent must be divided into three "sections". There are three rows on your keyboard... graph your keyboard!
Second hint:
"votre clavier est erroné"
translates to: your keyboard is erroneous.
Unless you have a French keyboard, you can ignore this hint.
The number in brackets refers to the "row". The number not in brackets refers to the "column".
So, on the first row of your keyboard, the 4th letter from the left is "R". Do this for all the numbers.
You should've gotten "rest in peace"
Username: rest
Password: peace
Level 16
Click on the last picture (bottom right) and you'll be prompted for a username and password.
Check the source code.
Hints:
The title of the page, mznvh, is a code.
<!-- # = vziob/hlnv/svok --> (from source code)
This is obviously a code. Figure out a way to decode using only letters.
<!-- invert --> (from source code)
Decoding is about the alphabet and its inverse.
a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z
z y x w v u t s r q p o n m l k j i h g f e d c b a
Match up vziob/hlnv/svok of one set to the corresponding letters of the inversed version.
The numbers on the pictures mean something. Ignore the pictures with the number 0 on them.
Decoding vziob/hlnv/svok will give you “early/some/help” and mznvh is “names”, meaning usernames.
List all the usernames you've used for the levels with numbers.
early (2#)
some (2)
help (3#)
